Arrive Early

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allot time for registration forms and time to verify insurance benefits.If possible please pre-fill out the registration forms located on the right side of this page.

Appointment Length

Please allow for 45-75 minutes for your first visit. This will include a comprehensive history and exam, x-rays if necessary, and treatment. A typical visit is about 10-15 minutes.

Appropriate Clothing

Please dress in comfortable clothing that don’t restrict movement.We have private treatment rooms if a change of clothes is necessary.

What to Bring with you

• Please bring any X-ray, MRI, CT scans that apply to your condition
• Photo ID and Insurance Card
• Medication list
• Intake forms (located on the right side of this page)

Insurance Accepted

We are In-Network with most insurance companies. We participate with Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network,
United Health Care, Aetna, Cofinity, Medicare, (most) Medicaid plans, and many more.

How Soon Can I Be Seen?

We try our hardest to get our new patients in as soon as possible. We have two locations and five chiropractors who would love to get you in as soon as possible. Call the office to learn more about our availability.
